First Baptist Church in Milan, TN is seeking the next Senior Pastor that the Lord is calling to serve as our spiritual shepherd. Psalm 23 is clear that shepherds fulfill at least four tasks: shepherds feed, lead, protect and comfort their flocks.  One of the primary duties of a shepherd is to provide food, shelter, and rest for his sheep. In Matthew 4:4 our spiritual food comes from the Word of God.
